With Kansas City getting world wide attention from Travis Kelci and Taylor Swift's romance (along with Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs back-to-back Super Bowl wins). I figured it was time for me to share my experience spending a week around Kansas City, Kansas and Missouri.

Montreal is located in the Canadian country in the North American region. Montreal is a great place to visit all year round, but with the weather over the spring and summer, it is just delightful to see during warmer months. Being able to stroll down the Lachine Canal and through old Montreal, grab some food in the Jean-Talon Market, or go for a hike through Mount Royal Park; these are some of the best things around downtown Montreal. The only issue is there is so much to see and do in one of Canada's most dense cities, my parents like I’m sure many others, didn't know where to start with planning so that they optimize their six days in the city.

In February we celebrated my Mom's birthday with an extended weekend to Saint Augustine, Florida.

In May, 2017 I took a trip from Los Angeles to Vancouver, Canada. I decided I was going to try camping out the whole way up. I would split my time between finding trails for day hikes, going for a walk on the beaches I passed, and taking classes at OrangeTheory Fitnesses along the way. I only lasted camping one night in Henry Cowell State Park.

Many people love a good road trip. Especially if the distance is not that far and giving you the chance to see someplace new, fun, and/or interesting. But then there are road trips where you might need to or want to take your pet. Knowing your specific pet, the breed of animal, and your road trip route are all important things to look into before setting out.
